11 Plus Practice Papers

These practice papers have been designed as a learning aid, not just to test your childs ability. They will help you to find the gaps in understanding that need to be addressed before moving on to the official practice papers.

There are 5 papers which are graded in difficulty (Paper 1 being the easiest). Each paper should take between 1 to 1½ hours to complete, but initially don't worry too much about the time they take - its the understanding that matters - speed will come with practice.

When your child has completed a paper, mark it with your child using the included marking scheme and then go through each question one by one, including the ones they answered correctly to ensure understanding.

Revise any issues that may have arisen and then when they are ready, move on to the next paper.

In this way you will be able to highlight their strengths (which builds confidence) and identify areas that you need to work on.

Emphasise that working with these papers is an opportunity for your child to demonstrate their ability and discover how to improve.

11 Plus Maths practice papers - e.mail version

A set of 5 practice papers for the 11 Plus or KS2 SAT's for £5.00

Each paper contains approximately 35, 11 Plus maths questions and the papers are graded in difficulty (paper 1 being the easiest).

Included with each paper is a completed model answer paper with marking scheme.

A set of 5 practice papers for the 11 Plus for £5.00

Papers 1 to 3 each comprise of 80 individual Verbal Reasoning questions grouped together by question type to allow easy reference to practice materials.

Papers 4 and 5 each comprise of 50 individual Verbal Reasoning questions from all question types, randomly placed with no identification of question type.

Included with each paper is a completed model answer paper with marking scheme.
